Inspiration or Cabin Fever
I was inspired by my friend Debbie to make a little treat for this weekend. This then, inspired my daughter to do the same lol. I guess that’s what cabin fever will do for you. These are Blondies. My mom used to make these when I was young, I had forgotten about them. I did not have nuts so I found some mini chocolate chips to add. Looking forward to a cup of coffee and a sweet little treat today.
What are you doing to keep your cabin fever at bay?

this is both cabin fever and inspiration!! i love being home, but i am starting to feel it a little too...the cabin fever. then i look around at all the things i enjoy doing and i am surrounded by inspiration. i knit, paint, i take pictures, i color and i love to cook. i think there's more but those things are at the top of my list. oooohhh and i love blogging, i have been at it for 15 + years. i have enjoyed many a blondie, i think the ones i have eaten always had chocolate chips in them. i am glad you found me and i hope you keep coming back. on monday, i will be sharing after the storm pictures of the birds and they are much better. i share a little of this and a little of that on my blog, it has no real theme!!
ReplyDeleteThank you Debbie for finding me. I have missed blogging and I’m tired of social media so I’m testing the waters of just getting my thoughts out here. As you know I’ve started many blogs since homeschool blogger and I just wasn’t ready but I am so ready now and finding it a good outlet. I do have Swallowtail here and I’m starting to get Monarchs in the summer as well. I love them. When my mom passed away, Brittany and I decided that we were going to create butterfly gardens as a memorial to her beautiful perennial garden. It makes us feel close to her :) hope you and David have a great weekend!
